Heather was a force of nature. Roy Robertson has written her a fitting eulogy. He captures the campaigning spirit at the core of Heather’s being and the fact that she didn’t suffer fools gladly, particularly those in positions of authority. When I helped out at SHADA in the late 80’s she always made me feel welcome and useful even when I was just chipping in where I could. Heather’s daughters can be proud of their mum as someone who made a real difference to a large number of lost souls, of whom some even managed to turn their lives around. Cheers Heather.
